The Montenegrin Academy of Management successfully delivered the third MAOM workshop titled The Power of Experimentation in Management Research, organized in collaboration with the Faculty of Economics Podgorica, University of Montenegro, and with the support of the global Academy of Management (AOM).

The workshop was held from May 29 to June 1, 2025 in Budva and Podgorica. The first two days were organized in Budva as part of the MICEB – Montenegrin International Conference on Economics and Business 2025, while the remaining sessions took place in Podgorica.

The program was led by Dr Jelena Cerar, Assistant Professor at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), who guided participants through the key principles and methodological foundations of experimental research in management.

During the workshop, participants explored topics such as experimental design, causality, ethical considerations in experimentation, and collaboration with companies when conducting research. The program combined lectures, group work, and interactive sessions focused on developing and discussing experimental research ideas.

The workshop concluded with participant presentations and a certificate ceremony, marking the completion of the four-day program.

Through the MAOM workshop series, the Montenegrin Academy of Management continues to support the development of methodological skills and research capacity within the academic community.
